An aspiring artist (Jillian Murray) working as a chef in her mother's (Jan Skene) restaurant discards a half finished painting which is found by another artist (Joseph Cannata) and submitted to an art competition. In the run up to Christmas they both rediscover their love of art whilst having to deal with the pressures of working for a living and finding love.
